This Privacy Policy explains how Andriy Grimalyuk ("Zorbles", "we") collects and uses your personal data when you order from zorbles.store. We are based in Poland.
Data we collect
When you place an order we collect your name, phone number, email address and — for delivery — your shipping address and country.
Payment card details are entered directly with our payment provider (Stripe) and never reach our servers.
How we use your data
We use your data only to process and deliver your order, to contact you about it, and to meet our legal (accounting and tax) obligations.
Service providers
We share data with the providers needed to run the shop: Stripe (payment processing), Resend (order email), Telegram (internal order alerts) and Vercel (hosting).
With your consent we also use Google Analytics to measure how the site is used.
Cookies & analytics
The site uses essential cookies to function. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) load only after you accept them in the cookie banner, and you can decline at any time.
Data retention
We keep order data for as long as needed to fulfil the order and to comply with accounting and tax law, then delete it.
