Delivery times
Poland: 1–3 business days. Rest of Europe: 5–8 business days.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days before dispatch.
Shipping cost & destinations
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your country. We currently ship to Poland, Germany, Czechia, Slovakia, Lithuania, Latvia, the Netherlands and France.
Problems with your order
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected window, email layerupteam@gmail.com and we'll help.
Returns (right of withdrawal)
You have 14 days from receiving your order to return it for a refund, in line with EU consumer law. The item should be in its original condition.
How to return
Email layerupteam@gmail.com with your order details to start a return. We'll arrange the return with you.
Refunds
Once we receive and check the returned item, we refund the product price to your original payment method.
Spare parts
A spare elastic band is included in every box, so a worn band doesn't require a return.
